The Transformation Process

• Exterior Redesign: The old brick facade was replaced with light, smooth cladding, giving the home a fresh and clean look. Dark window frames were added for contrast, enhancing its modern aesthetic.

• Structural Adjustments:

  • We introduced larger windows and skylights, allowing more natural light to flood the space.

  • The existing smaller rooms were enlarged by joining them together, creating a modern open-plan living space that feels expansive yet functional. Despite this transformation, the layout still provides areas where one can retreat for privacy and quiet moments.

  • The doorway was refined with a stylish porch and a unique round window, a statement piece that set the home apart.

• Landscaping & Finishing Touches: The garden was streamlined, the driveway was updated with stone tiles, and a wooden fence was installed for a blend of privacy and openness.
