The Architectural Design & Structural Engineering

These are some of the projects we have assisted with. 

A change of use planning application from B8 - Storage and Distribution to B2 - General Industrial.

Competed Reinforced Concrete slab assessment for installation of new parcel machine. The 60 tonne point loading to existing slab was mitigated through the installation of steel plates to the surface.

Planning and structural design for a new lean too extension to storage facility. Portal frame and slab design as well as integration into the existing structure.
