We were asked to help on the Structural side of things with the refurbishment of this building

This particular project was the conversion of 2 existing banks into a new, joined office space, which offers workspaces over 5 floors of the building including a new rooftop terrace. Our main challenge was creating a large open plan reception area whilst maintaining the step- free access. This involved raising a section of the floor and supporting it all on a new steel frame.
